Anxiety Relief Guided Meditation
This is a great meditation for all levels. This will take you out of fear and into freedom. Music set at 10 Hz (Alpha Waves) to calm the body and mind.
The guidance starts in the beginning but will have space in the middle (approx. 15 minutes) for deep meditation. The guidance provides effective visualizations that becomes consolidated with silence. One major lesson for living peacefully and in a high vibration is living in the now; therefore stop waiting for the next thing, the next job, next partner, next day or the next instruction during the guided meditation. Use every moment of silence for meditation. Allow the guidance to process deep within the mind, body and soul.
